Refunds & Returns
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it. However, if there is an error with the shipping address or quantity, an email must be received within 2 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to help you if the order has not been sent for processing. Once processed, we cannot modify the order.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can email us at contact@sqise.com. Please note that SQISE will not cover the return shipping costs.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping costs for the order are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Incorrect Address Policy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of purchase.
- We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or returned orders due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If more than one delivery attempt has been made without success, the order must be picked up at the courier company's office corresponding to the zip code of the delivery address.
If the customer has been informed and still has not picked up the order within the specified time frame, we are not responsible for the order and no refund will be possible.
Risk of loss
Please note that all purchases made at SQISE are subject to a shipping contract. The risk of loss is transferred to the customer once the carrier has successfully delivered the order. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if the tracking information indicates that they have been delivered.

We are sorry, but we cannot offer refunds or returns if you suspect that the items have caused an allergic reaction or adverse skin condition. Please check the list of ingredients before purchasing.
All reshipments cannot be exchanged or returned, without exception.
